Four residential buildings are located around the marina and are designed with a central landscaped courtyard for the amenity of the residents. The general landscape themes will reflect the land use with Mediterranean styling around the villas and a nautical theme with extensive use of natural timber and marine grade stainless steel fittings such as railings, flags, etc. for the Marina area.
