Al Boom Holdings Co LLC is expandings all sectors of its business by increasing its capacity and opening new branches in various parts of the world.  Al Boom has obtained an Investment Company licensed both in the Emirates of Dubai and Sharjah.  ABH Investments Co LLC (ABH) will be a whole owned subsidiary of Al Boom Holdings Co LLC and will have its main offices in Sharjah.

Image Its core business will be to invest some of the growing liquid assets in the international markets through diversified fund management activities in Singapore, Hongkong, Bahrain and the U.A.E.  In line with these expansions, Al Boom Holdings Co LLC is in the process of acquiring established commodity trading and fund management / investment companies in Singapore.  This acquisition will give the investment company a quick start entry into the international investment business arena.  A veteran metal, currency trader and fund manager based in Monaco has taken this process to the highest levels for ABH.

 The target is for ABH to go public (IPO) in January 2010 with private offers in Dubai and the Gulf States.

The company through ABH Investments is in the process of finalizing a Joint Venture Agreement with Gemini International, an offshore oil rig management company.  Together, the joint venture company will purchase 3 oil rigs which guarantee up to $150Million USD annual income.

Image ABH is also in the process of finalizing the mandate to build, operate and own a 150,000 Bpd refinery, storage farm and oil terminal in Benin, West Africa and in the process of forming a consortium with engineers, financiers, and oil terminal and port operators to carry out the projects.  

The company is also studying offers to invest in refinery development projects in Yemen and Southern Sudan.  Discussions are underway to finance 3 diamond mines in Sierra Leone and Democratice Republic of Congo (DRC.)
